Another Fenway comeback..

Another miracle comeback for the Red Sox. With the crowd on their collective feet, screaming at the top of their lungs, 1946 Boston Red Sox rallied to top 2011 LAA Angels by the score of 3-2. 1946 Boston won the game with a rally in the bottom of  the 9th inning scoring 2 runs. Wally Moses led off and keyed the rally when he drew a walk. Pinky Higgins stepped into the batter's box and he doubled. Glen Russell then smacked a single. 1946 Boston finished with 8 hits in the victory. The win was credited to Earl Johnson (2-0) who went 2/3 of an inning allowing no runs. Jordan Walden (0-2) took the loss in relief. 'That was exciting!,' Rudy York said. 'I would have paid money to watch this one.'
