D-backs roll
At the Astrodome, in a blow out 2011 Arizona D-backs destroyed the 1998 Houston Astros 10-3. First inning grand slam by Justin Upton set the tone of the game. Solo shot for Lyle Overbay and Miguel Montero added with a 3 run homer. Josh Collmenter (1-0) contributed a pedestrian performance to earn the win. He allowed 7 hits and 1 walk in 5 innings. Sean Bergman (0-1) got rocked. He served up 3 home runs in his 3 and 2/3 innings. Unbeaten Arizona moves to 4-0, while Astros drop to 1-3. Who would of ever thought D-backs would be this good? Solidly in first place in NL West.
